It's pretty screwing. When you're competing for the same conference title, your schedules should be somewhat equal. Arkansas' SECE opponents have twice as many wins as Bama's. It is more likely that Arkansas will have two more loses than Bama.

If any changes were made if like to see the SEC handle it like the NFL does.. Your previous season's record influences the teams you play the following season
