The Cavs need to trade their 3 1st round picks in '15 plus Dion, Tristan and Bennett for Kevin Love right now.

Looks like it was the arrival of Shaq that really spiked their attendance

Absolutely....and for the LSU fans that hate LeBron because of "The Decision", Shaq's arrival in Miami was every bit as self-promoting.

Lebron to the Knicks?

they have tyson chandler aka the anti-chris bosh + jr smith and hardaway jr = three point shooters

plus they could sign lebron and trade for kevin love (meaning give up draft picks for three years)

What do yall say?

The Los Angeles Clippers have had discussions about the possibility of acquiring LeBron James, though they expect him to eventually re-sign with the Miami Heat.

Doc Rivers, the Clippers’ president of basketball operations and coach, and his staff are doing their due diligence to make the team better and would consider moving All-Star power forward Blake Griffin along with others in a sign-and-trade deal to get James, according to the officials.

The Clippers could consider sending Griffin and Jared Dudley or Matt Barnes to Miami to get James.

The Clippers wouldn’t mind trading DeAndre Jordan, Jamal Crawford and either Barnes or Dudley to the Heat for James, but the team knows that would most likely be hard to do.

“The Miami Heat does not think he’s leaving,” one official said. “Miami thinks it’s a ploy by James to make the team better.”

The Clippers could also conceivably create enough cap space to sign James by trading away Jordan and another contract without taking back salary.

I don't think they have the cash for Lebron and Love, not until next summer

Yeah I think he'll go to the Clippers. They have the best shot to win a title next year without losing too many key players.

Melo is a great player but not a great teammate, I don't necessarily feel he and LeBron would be good together because LeBron is so unselfish.

I hate to break this to you, but tickets sold and asses in seats aren't the same number. Guess which one the Heat - and essentially every franchise in every sport in every league worldwide - have been using.

Why doesnt Lebron take a one year vet minimum contract so he can go anywhere in the league?

I know you are probably joking, but I would gain a lot of admiration for the guy if he sacrifices a huge amount of his nba salary so that he can go to a team that has long term winning potential. He's not hurting for cash in the least. Hell he just got a hefty check from the Beats sale just for doing commercials estimated to be somewhere between 25 and 35 million. Nike, State Farm, etc. have made the guy wealthy. Unless he is AI retarded with money, then his finances are set for life.

It's all about legacy for him now. Go to the best place to win. To me, of all the teams mentioned, it's Houston, Chicago, The Clippers, Dallas, Miami, and Atlanta in that order. And before Heat fans shite themself, that's considering the long term, and not just another year or two.

Im not. at this point he should not be relying on the nba to make the majority of his money.

If Lebron wants to go somewhere with long term plans and take a paycut then he needs to come to the Pelicans.

They could potentially get in the $17+ million/year without giving up too much.

They can also spin it as he is going to a small market team to build a winner.
