I have 3 cheap shimanos, the sienna I think. 1 of them the line gets caught in the roller and another one when you catch a fish the crank comes loose. I fish almost every week in the summer though.

I have a few Stradics and love them. Caught a bunch of fish on them. 2 2500 and a 4000. Caught a 30+lbs jack crevelle on the 4000 and and many 20+lbs reds.
Caught a ton of fish on the 2500 but the biggest was probably a 10-12 lbs red. Bunch of Spanish as well.
