I timed myself for Koksal's ISDS702 workload this week... Did everything in one sitting in under 2.5 hours which included sitting through the lecture videos taking notes and getting a 100% on both the test and assignment. I really wish I paired this course with another one.

I HIGHLY recommend MADM760 (Strategic Management) with Dr. Meeks. There is a TON of good information in the textbook and supplemental materials.

One caveat I would add, however, is that you either need to have some practical experience or take it late in the program to get the most out of it. You can certainly ignore this advice, but you'll just be cheating yourself, really.

I've owned my own company for a couple of decades, and this class providing me with useful, actionable information every week.

havent taken MADM701 yet but Heller's 760 has been the most work load extensive class I had by far so far.

I was just accepted into the program.

There was only 1 class available that I could register for Mkt 701 (Khan). He seems to have mixed reviews on rate my professor as well as the google spreadsheet. This forum has provided a lot of helpful information.

Hi All,

I will be finished with my last course on August 21st & I am wondering how long it will take to receive my degree in the mail?

my 2.5 hours I timed previously actually ended up being one of the more time extensive weeks for isds702. I have been flying through the work load in like 1.5 hours on average ever since.

I agree with this. Spot on advice. I got a TON out of the class (Meeks) and have applied what I have learned to my own business.

Hello Everyone,

Just finishing up my first term. I'm taking Meeks class for AP2 so good to hear all the positive comments on his class. For AP1, I'm taking MADM 730 with Menon. Does anyone have any feedback on this class? Could I double up with Econ 705? Thanks for any information.

Keep checking back on compass.lsus.edu, as they open new classes sometimes and people drop out. Really, try to check back daily if you can and you may find other options if that's what you're looking for.

Has anyone had Tingtsen Yeh For Fin701?

Trying to figure out what their teaching style is and how to succeed in this course.

Thanks!

Does anyone know the dimensions of the actual MBA degree?

I know I will not receive the physical degree until about a month but I am trying to order degree frame & just wanted to know the dimensions.

Thank you

Yeah I was able to drop Khan for Saleh. Saleh is new to the program but I did find some positive reviews. Thanks for the advice.

from what someone else posted that helped me get into full classes:
-browse classes while not logged in so you can see full -classes
-try to register for the full class you want, it wont be successful but it will give you the option to get on the email list so that you are alerted when an opening occurs
