I don't know anything about White, but I highly recommend Dr. Shaughnessy. It would be worth waiting to get into his class in another session IMO unless you need it this term to graduate on time.

I'm changing from the Data Analytics Concentration to the Specialization which means I won't be taking HCAD 750. Going to fill the elective with either MKT 705 or MKT 710 I'm thinking. It will be my 9th class in the program so as long as I get credit for it I don't care if I have any interest in it

It depends. What term did you select as to when you'd like to start? Reason I ask is because a coworker and I both applied within the same couple days, but he planned on starting Spring AP2 and I planned on Summer AP1. He found out within a couple weeks because AP2 was starting soon. I didn't find out until a few weeks after he did.

Do they show that all of your transcripts are in? Do you obviously meet all the requirements or will some review be necessary? If all is in order, it won't be long.

Looks like a new section of MKT 701 is open for Spring AP1.. Doesn't list the prof.. Any prefer James over rolling the dice?

I will be keeping a very close eye on this. I am currently enrolled with James but wouldn't mind making the jump.

I am currently enrolled and have paid for MKT701 with James. I will be watching this as well since the work required as stated by others is approaching the insane.
Does anyone know how to switch sections after I have paid? Do I drop, get a refund and then add and repay the new section?

The software is smart enough to make this easy. You can register for a different section of the same class and it will just throw a warning. Add the new section and save it. Then drop the section you no longer want. The cost is the same regardless, so it should be a zero sum transaction.

I took James and learned A LOT! BUT after taking 8 classes, I can say that James by far gives thee most amount of work. From my barometer, I think a "B" is definitely achievable. I got an "A" but had to legitimately put in 20-25 hours per week to get it. In addition, I found myself taking days off of work just so that i can get in an extra study session and to also get projects done. I've heard that Darrat may be a better choice and slightly easier option towards getting an "A". I say slightly because I've heard that Darrat gives extra credit and slightly less work. Another student also mentioned to me that he achieved over a 100% in Darrat's class, this type of feat is most likely NOT achievable with James.

I guess I was just a bit impatient. Received my admission Friday evening.
