Wow!, I was thinking the same thing this morning. One of my classes the complaining is incessant. On and on and on. People complaining because a test is not open book for example. What!!! The fact that some of these graduate classes have open book exams is crazy to me. Don't get me wrong, it has worked to my benefit, but I would have never expected a graduate level MBA class to be open book. I get the feeling many people think the program is a diploma mill and going to be easy because it is a smaller school. Everybody wants a curve, an open book test, and a study guide. Might as well have the professor take the test for you. I feel bad for the faculty sometimes. We all have to work and have other responsibilities outside this program. It's not the prof's fault. Yes its a ton of info in 7 weeks. Its accelerated its supposed to be.

If you read this entire thread, Paul Allen has gone above and beyond in lending and providing knowledge regarding this program. He's done more than was ever asked and I'm appreciative of that.

Regarding the comment about students. I work in Higher Education and I'm literally appalled at the deficiencies students communicate with. I'm talking BASIC communication skills. They have none. It's all done in the way they text. I get several emails daily from students where they daily spell, "Before" as "B4", "Because" as "Cuz", etc. That's horrible communication skills and judging by my experience in this program, it's a damn epidemic. There's a time and a place for everything. Communicating in that type of word speak in a graduate level course should not be happening.

You work in Higher Education and your ok with Paul shaming a student because a student spelled "bizarre" incorrectly? No one deserves to be shamed! Those grammatical errors you see daily exists not just in Education, it's in the workforce as well. Would you rather shame a co-worker that missspelled something or would you rather correct he/she? That is all that I'm trying to say, as MBA students and future/current leaders, we should be helping others rather than trying to shame them.

Read this thread from the beginning. It's grotesquely appalling and preposterous that you're undermining my efforts to educate people on this board. I have a diploma from LSUS (MBA class of 2017), and I have personally emailed with SoCal on numerous occasions.

Please do all of us a favor and keep my name out of your mouth and do not acknowledge me on this board. This is beyond blatant and is utterly arbitrary for you to come out and admonish me like you're doing.

9BREES9 and Socal are two quality posters who are educating themselves and accomplishing an MBA. Again, if you refuse to listen to what they're saying, then I would suggest you take a visceral look into my over year long contributions to this thread.

I'm not certain what your endgame is with me on this site, but enough is enough. Either take the time to see what I have contributed to this thread as a whole film and not a mere snapshot, or shut up and do not acknowledge me ever again on this board.

I do work in Higher Education. That type of communication isn't tolerated by me or any of my colleagues. I'll go a step further and say that I at least spend some time trying to decipher what is trying to be said. I know several that if they get an email that reads like that, they aren't bothering and are bypassing it.

You're right, nobody deserves to be shamed but it's the student's job to be respectful and put effort into their studies, especially an MBA program that is designed for the full-time working professional, and fast-paced environment. Nobody has time to put up with that level of incompetency at this level.

Again, as Paul Allen, socal, and so many deserving others have provided within this glorious thread, there's a magnitude of vital and insightful knowledge that can/will help so many current/future students. I highly advise you sort through the information that's filled these 157 pages and focus your attention to that.

Winchester I can't shame you. We're going through ACCT together. Last week he said it would be cumulative but I have not seen anything to the contrary recently. I could very well be wrong and if you ask Mrs. Brees she'll say that happens often.

If you stop shaming people on here, I will never ever acknowledge you again. I really don't have a need for any advice you can offer as you've gotten C's in multiple classes(Econ & Acct) and I have made all A's thus far with 4 classes to go.
