Thanks for sharing information on this Program.

I'm looking to enroll this summer now and possibly going the HR route.

Definitely strange but I think simply because it's been formula overload for 3 straight weeks. I think trying to focus on the main things about the concepts will be beneficial. I think knowing the difference between special and not unusual "noise" will be big and as well as knowing how to calculate the Upper Control Limit, Upper Natural Process Limit, and Lower Natural Process limit.

Anyone get a grade for FIN730 yet?

He's usually pretty quick with grading. I took it Sunday but I didn't get anything yet. I wasn't as comfortable with this one as I have been with his others. I much rather do math than write definitions.

I took my test Sunday night for FIN 730. No grade yet.

Sometimes once the test time is over, you can go into the Test One under the assignments and click preview and see scores on each question. I still can't even get into that.

Just got mine as well, but I can't see the preview and comments on what I missed yet.

Welcome CDNJ.

I am also starting this summer and talking BADM 790 Business Analytics for AP1 and ISDS 705 MIS for AP2.

Thanks.

I'll be taking the BADM 700 and 701 to start off. Didn't have to but I've been out of school for a few years now ands needs to get my bearings again.

Any advice?

Did you see the post in moodle about using our OWN WORDS!!! I knew that was going to happen eventually. I try to summarize in my own words as much as i can but it is also hard to summarize a summarized Reading Guide. Cant change up words but so much!

I don't know what specific questions he's talking about but those "define these words" questions are so basic that it's almost impossible to ramble on in your own words. I get not reciting it word for word from the text or guide, but you can only deviate so much. A definition is a definition.

Yea I am really confused how he wants us to write definitions in our own words. I have done alright on the first two tests so I will just keep doing what I am doing unless he counts off for it next test. We will see.

I am looking into the next class for summer AP1. I am considering ACCT 701 with McGee, ECON 705 with shaugnessey, or ISDS 702 with Hayati. I doubled up this term and have some vacations planned while in the next course. So I am looking for a lighter load. Any suggestions between those three?

I was working on my class schedule so I can finish up this year. For Fall AP 2 I was signing up for FIN 730 when I saw it's not being taught by Vines! The Professor is Choi??

This makes me very nervous as I've already taken FIN 701 with Vines and like his style. Has anyone taken a class from Choi or know anything about them? I do not like taking classes from professors I have no information on.

I think I might take MADM 701 and FIN 701 together instead of MADM 701 and MADM 752 for Summer AP1. Does anyone have any feedback on that combination?

MADM 701 with williams was an easy class overall just a good bit of busy work every week do it though and you get an A. Be prepared to write around 2000 words a week i think. Fin 701 is no busy work but material can be a little complicated a B in that class is pretty easy, if you have your formulas ready in excel every week and i suggest the pdf of the book so you can search something quick during the test you can get an A pretty easily also. I think its a good combo.

752 in my opinion had less busy work than 701.
