2nd the flaxseed oil method.

I saw that same article here last year and re-seasoned several of my pots and they have held up very well. 4 or 5 coats makes a great finish. Just try it on one of your pots and you will see the difference.

and...you can get food quality flaxseed oil at Walmart or any health food store.

Nice pot Oyster! What was the last thing you cooked in that pot?

its refrigerated right? I rarely go into walmart but I dont want to get raped at the health food store. What area of the store is it in?
