I replaced both the battery and charger. Huge difference. I didn't realize how shot my battery was (I'd be down to 50% battery by lunchtime with light-moderate use with all the Bluetooth, wifi, etc. off and power saving mode on) and requiring 5+ hours to charge. For two days now with the new battery I've gotten home at night with ~70% battery left.

If you're having battery issues, get a new one...that's a huge perk to the galaxy phones...you can replace the batteries with minimal cost and hassle. Hope this helps some people.
