fricking right... If this is legit, this may be the first time I actually call or write a representative to support something.
I'm sure Stockman has some questionable shite that he has voted for that would prob enrage me, but this is awesome.

The best part is that you don't even have to own a dog to make this work. The language clearly states "The" dog, not "My" dog. Genius.
