Laughable...Snyder is solid, remember the '12 defense with NO depth, but good sr talent? They were a solid group..he didn't have that last yr...
Sumlin was at UH, they couldn't get good D talent there..diff now

Him and strong will recruit very well. Two of the best black coaches will get talent very easy.

True.. VERY few upperclassmen veterans on D for sure ( Shermans fault)
So this year we won't be as good as '15 when the guys we've brought in the last 2 years are older.
Those "Sherman Sr''s " in 12 did MUCH better with Sumlin/ Snyder than they did w/ Sherman / dereyteu so who recruited them is not relevant.

False... Was a LB at Purdue ( 4 yr starter)
And started his coaching career on D..VERY involved with D.

Was anyone naive enough to believe LSU was ever his leader? I'm starting to think A&M is purposely having recruits toy with LSU.

Anyone taking A&M's future as a program lightly may be in for a big surprise. I sure hope the LSU staff isn't dismissing them like posters on here, because the only way to stay ahead of the up and comers in the West is to avoid complacency. Speedy's recruitment comes to mind, although there was probably not much LSU could have done to change that outcome.

Yeah ok....Their style of football will never translate to a championship until it becomes defensively focused...... The last 2 recruiting classes on defense they brag about have garnered them a ranking of 108 in total d......

Obviously, they missed on those

So they get to reboot the D in 2015.....But like I said win 7 games this year and let's see how their appeal holds up.

So you are blaming Sumlin for the D problems ?

Well if we're talking about the LSU game, Rashard Robinson just locked his arse up. Manziel didn't miss him. Evans had 3 catches for 13 yards on Robinson....he had a total of 4 catches for 51 yards...that last catch was on someone else.

The true freshman Rashard Robinson OWNED Mike "all I do is pushoff" Evans.

A&m is a bigger long time threat than bama. When saban finally leaves, they'll still be a major threat.

They are a major threat now.

I don't really care though, we get kids they want, and vice versa.
