The issues come up when you try to negotiate a lower price (which is totally worth It even with their BS)
But then they always end up voiding whatever you agreed to without notice prior to the agreed upon term. And the notes from your call where you negotiated a better price for a year always magically disappear.

Thats exactly what they did to me. I negotiated a price reduction that was supposed to be good for 12 months. 3 months into it, my rate went up and was just $8 lower than it was originally. I called for an explanation and they said they had a rate increase but that I was still getting a discounted rate. I told them we agreed on a price and if they weren't going to honor it, than to just cancel my service. They didn't budge and a week or so later, I was with Uvers.
