When that amendment was written, did they consider that our corrupt government would open the floodgates that are known as our borders and allow TPOS Mexicans to infuse with our public? Did they consider that some twisted frick would see two kids playing in a yard then proceed to kill the younger brother who was protecting his sister and then rape the sister? This happened in May of this year in Virginia. What if this Mexican broke into your house and raped your wife? Should he not be handled with in a cruel and unusual way? What if he slit her throat on the way out? Then does he deserve to be shot? I guess not huh?

Yeah. The fledgling US had very little control over its borders.

Yeah. After all, they were ok with selling human beings. So they were pretty clear on how sick and perverted human beingws could get.
