Not quite. Do lots of derm and was doing endoscopy. Do a little better than that now. Pain management is less than 10% of my practice. Maybe less than 5%. Have to do some since we don't have pain management within 2 hours of us.

That's quite a range there. I assume you're talking GI endoscopy? Why would you be doing lots of derm and running an endoscope?
