no. fricking. way. bosh is 10 times more difficult to replace and though im not a big d-wade guy, hes a future HOFer. i think youre giving a guy whos been in the league for 8 years and never really done shite wayy too much credit.

And you are giving guys who are shells of their former selves too much credit. Both Wade and Bosh were great, but they arent what they used to be. Especially Wade, who has major health issues that cause his to miss, at the least, 20 games a season. Hes a HOFer, no doubt. But its for what he was, not what he is right now or what he will be in the future.

And Bosh is a PF that only shoots 3s and is never in the paint. And im a Bosh fan and thinks he gets a lot of undeserved criticism. Hes the 1 that sacrificed the most when he came to the Heat. But hes turned into a 3pt shooting PF, not that great at it either. Hes never in the paint, which kills the Heat in rebounding. These last 2 seasons with the Heat, hes had career lows in rebounding (6.7rebs) and career highs in 3pt attempts. Coincidence? Nope.

And Lowry is 1 of those guys that has had his fair share of ups and downs and bumps and bruises during his NBA career and has some injuries early on. But hes come out of it as a really good player. Hes 1 of those guys that has improved a little bit each year, and has turned into a top 10 PG. He can do it all. Score, shoot the 3, assist, rebound, steals, and doesnt turn it over that much.

but hes more feisty and overachieving than blue chip franchise cornerstone.
Who said anything about him being a franchise cornerstone?? Youve got Lebron fricking James for crying out loud. Oh, and feisty is exactly what the Heat need.

And in regards to his role... I agree LBJ is a great facilitator. But you dont think some of the Heats problems are because LBJ has to literally do everything and always have the ball in his hands, just so they can have a chance at winning? He has to lead the team in ppg, rebs, assists, steals, and guard the other teams top player. Pretty much has to have around a triple double for them to be in the game. Getting a legit PG that can create for himself and for others would take the ball out of LBJs hands more, which would keep him fresh. And he wouldnt have to always have the ball in his hands. And LBJ is great without the ball in his hands... he moves great without the ball and can find open space. And he still would have the ball in his hands a lot, more than anyone else on that team.

And dude... Lowry for $10m is a damn good deal and reasonable. $10m a year would put him at the 10th-12th highest paid PG in the NBA, depending on how the contract is set up.... which is what he should be paid as. He would be the 2nd best player on that team behind LBJ.

Either way, I dont see Toronto letting Lowry leave.
