The only thing that could handle Supermans load would be a Kryptonite condom. But that would kill him.

Well even though its not canon, in "Wanted" they alluded to having made a condom out of kryptonite, but ole Lois couldn't get him to wear it. Apparently Superman believes in raw dogging it.

They could setup a red sun lamp in their bedroom...I guess.
But I always thought that it was pretty stupid for Clark to be Lois for that reason. He'd slay a human chick (and I mean that literally). That is why I kind of liked the early 52 comics when Superman and Wonder Woman were an item. She could probably handle him a little better.
