Apparently you can't coach very well if this is happening. Every kid can be coached to hit at the coaches pitch level. It just takes someone who can coach them.

I'm not talking about cutting players that are hitting it 180' instead of 200'. I'm talking about players that are borderline flower pickers. Players that aren't listening to coaches. I'm not asking if I should cut these kids next year, I asked for advice from anyone who has done it.
