Come on BBONDS25 you got to be the most naive voter in all of Louisiana if you think "brother of Governor of Louisiana" is not important to that guy in that firm.

Do you think that the state has given away $1 billion to filmmakers without the politically powerful getting their share in some or another???

Do you think the politically powerful do not have their hands in the various BP fines and lawsuits some way or another??

Do you think Jindal Jr. just happened to take on the private school deal that Bobby weighed in on??

Now I have not made a single accusation but you sure want to jump on me.

Give me a break.

The Governor's brother working for a big DC, political law firm is not a coincidence.

You know how long that firm has been around? You know how long he worked for them? You really think they need him or he is some major player in their 1100 lawyer firm? That is naïve. If, of course, you have some evidence to the contrary....just provide it.

Which filmmakers, specifically, does the law firm represent. How much did they receive from Louisiana?

You mean, the ones BP keeps losing? If Jindal's brother got BP to sign with him firm(no evidence of that...at all)then still got smoked in Louisiana...they will be mad!!!

I think you don't know much about "Jindal Jr." or how a large law firm operates.

Indeed.

His resume is right on par with the other 1100 lawyers. I assume 50 of them are governors brothers....wonder what the other 1050 nefarious connections are?

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Jindal was Associate General Counsel at the Office of Management and Budget within the Executive Office of the President. In that capacity, Mr. Jindal provided counsel to senior policy officials on legal and regulatory issues arising from several federal agencies, including the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, Education, and Homeland Security. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Jindal reviewed significant rulemakings and worked directly with the relevant agencies to resolve any legal issues. Among other things, Mr. Jindal worked on legislative and regulatory policies implementing Parts C and D of Medicare, and other initiatives affecting Medicaid, SCHIP, and the FDA. Prior to joining OMB, Mr. Jindal was the Senior Counsel at the Department of Energy, where he was actively involved in several key Department initiatives, including the drafting of guidelines implementing a multi-billion dollar loan guarantee program for innovative energy technologies authorized under the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Before joining the Department of Energy, Mr. Jindal was a litigation associate at another law firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Jindal served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, in Portland, Oregon.
