Would you use a clothes line instead of a dryer.

Would you use a clothes line to dry clothes if:
1. You had the option of taking clothes to laundry store should bad weather come up or you need nicer clothes dry cleaned
2. You had enough free room?
3. It was on the ground and free from people screwing with it.
I used a clothes line a few months back for a little while when we had a small little enclosure and I actually enjoyed it. Also, you save $$$ from not having to use a dryer.

No, for lack of convenience alone.

in the summer time, it's too dusty to hang clean clothes.

frick no. Unless I can wake up late and throw a wrinkled shirt on the clothes line while I take a shower and it is ready to go 5 minutes later.

My wife wants me to build a clothesline for her soon. I like clotheslines for some reason. Reminds me of my childhood a bit.
And not everything can be dried in a dryer. Sometimes it's best to let it air dry.

Tried it once, pretty sure a bird shat some berries all over a nice shirt. Never again

I like hanging beach towels out. Everything else goes in the dryer.

I wouldn't use either but I have a penis so...

I dry my dress shirts on a short line inside my apartment already. It's definitely improved the look of those clothes and eliminated my need to iron them almost completely.

I air-dry all the time. Bought a clothes rack for the purpose.
Why? I live in a highrise and don't have the room for a full-size dryer.

If you suffer from pollen allergies (like me) it is not a good idea.
