re: Chopped judges

What drives me nuts about the show is the obvious foreshadowing when a contestant is pondering whether to do something to the dish. You know every time that the judges will be calling them out on it.

Also, you'd think that white truffle oil would be banned by now in the United States since it absolutely ruins every single dish, so much that not even a starving Ethiopian would eat it. Well, maybe Marcus Samuelsson.
