All of them. These hops aren't getting any fresher.

I'm gonna set the bar at 5. Some weeks it can be less, some weeks it can be more. Depends on a number of external factors. Most of those nights it's only one or four, but sometimes it can get a little weird.

I'm cutting back quite a bit truing to lose gut. Nothing during the week and just light beer or two on the weekend.
