I find the app to be useful enough to make lineup changes and see the score, but that's about it. I'm getting used to the site itself. Finally figured out how to get live scoring to show daily stats but weekly totals.

The app is good in a pinch. If you want to access the actual site from your phone, that's a bitch. Everything is so small and jumbled.

I don't like player sorting via stats etc that fantrax has. Also, still no BVP.

The most important thing to me is that Fantrax isn't blocked at work, and ESPN is.

ESPN has killed me several times on position eligibility. You can't modify it to 5/10. You are required to use 10/20.

This had better be true.

That seems like the stock answer anytime a pitcher has elbow discomfort.

2 weeks later... TJ

Let's hope he doesn't make a trip down to Pensacola to see Dr. JA

The guys on MLB tonight were saying that it wasn't in the same area as the UCL... and was more like tennis elbow. I don't know shite about tennis elbow, but I hope they're right.

I think he has a TJ under his belt already. The tennis elbow thing is unusual because it refers the the part of the elbow opposite of the UCL (problem often caused by tennis backhands). Ventura with KC had the same issue a few weeks ago and he's pitching fine now, so it's a good sign. It's also another instance of everyone else's pitchers having Teflon ligaments.

Thank you. That eases my concern.

Yeah, he does.

Phillies pitcher Cliff Lee played catch Tuesday, the first time he's thrown in three weeks, reports the Philadelphia Daily News. He said the soreness is "barely there."

I'd rather "not there at all" but at least he's throwing again.
