LSU being out doesn't bother as much because I know we will be in the post season next year and contenders soon down the road.
ULL has all their chips in on this one. If they don't go to Ohmaha who knows when they will have a chance again. Next year it's back to fighting to make the tournament and laffeytte is stuck waiting (hopefully) for a other bid to the New Orleans bowl.

I remember when Tulane talked shite because they beat LSU in one Super Regional and made a couple of CWSs while Smoke ran LSU in the ground.
How'd that work out for them?
LSU made the CWS last year and I doubt it's even a footnote for the program.
ULL makes the CWS this year, they're going to name a building on campus after it.
