i wasnt really talking about the act of contacting a particular service. just talking about how im pleased with the cab situation in BR for the most part and that this new service cant be that much better in terms of getting me home for a low cost

Wife and I use Uber regularly n Memphis, Nashville, and Charleston. Like twice a week regularly. Open the app, order a car, get a notification that it's outside, get a ride home. Charge for ride and tip taken from paypal account and I get an invoice.

I used regular cabs for years. Never really had a bad experience, but Uber does the same job, better imo.

You didn't answer the question though. You would rather pick up the phone and contact a cab company over opening an app and clicking one button?

And your opinion is extremely biased because you have personal phone #'s and use the same cabbies. You can't see the forest through the trees.
