I've had multiple dogs in my life, and none can come close to him. He was great.

Yeah putting him down was brutal. But he had a great long life, as good as it gets for a dog.

I want to get another dog sometime in the near future, but that dog was so good and easy to own that I'm worried the next dog I get would be the complete opposite that dog spoiled me because he was too good and too easy.

Anybody here have any experience owning a rhodesian ridgeback??

Ever since putting my bloodhound down a few months ago (pics pg.8), Ive been wanting to get another pup sometime in the near future. And Im just really interested in the rhodesian ridgebacks. I love how unique they are and how they have that lab / hound mix look. And they dont shed that much which is awesome.

I mean thats a great looking dog right there. And my bloodhound was huge, 140-150lbs full grown so I have plenty of experience handling bigger dogs. Just curious if anyone has any experience with them and thoughts on them.... thanks
