Either/or or neither. I don't know much about Denham/the LP. Also, which elementary schools(public--gasp!!) are the best in the area? Tia

If you live in juban parc, I am going to guess that they would go to juban parc elementary right next door

Juban Parc. Both JPE and JPJH are great schools. Not sure about the elementary, but the junior high is ranked 2nd in the parish among middle schools academically

Willow pointe has some nice houses. You just have to go down a not as nice street to get back there. The elementary schools around there are good. The junior high right by there is really good the last few years. Can't go wrong with either group of schools and neighborhoods are comparable.

For DS I like the Plantation Estates area and the subdivisions around it. You could also go with Walker which has a couple of good subdivisions. Collins, Lakes At Fennwood and Three Lakes all seem like quality builds.

We bought a house in Willow Pointe in November, been very pleased. We looked at Juban Parc too but were turned off by cheaper Horton mixed in with the nicer houses there, suspect it will eventually be like Southpoint. WP is not DSLD or Horton, local BR builders (i think Legend/Masters Homes/Willie&Willie doing new ones). Love the neighborhood, and the new houses are selling faster than they can build them, others haven't had a problem selling so not sure about the one you are looking at.

ETA I can confirm no flood insurance in WP
