yes and yes.
in auto it locks the left cv axle in. so front diff
is spinning all the time.
its a different transfer from the full autos.
I would change the fluid in transfer and front diff.

I will do that greasemonkey.
My reason for wondering about all this is I just noticed a vibration in my truck. I had to put it in 4wd yesterday to go look at some rice fields. I just noticed today that my truck was making a small vibration. I can have it in Park and just idling and the vibration will come and go. I am thinking it has more to do with all this rain tho. It cant be anything to do with 4WD if it is vibrating when in Park can it?
