Tell us something we don't know.
Democrats privately calling Obama ‘incompetent,’ ‘detached’
quote:
CNN’s John King said Sunday morning that Democrats in key races are distancing themselves from President Obama, calling him “detached” in his handling of the scandal involving treatment of patients in a Veterans Administration hospital.
“Forget for a moment that Republican outrage. More and more Democrats in key 2014 races are calling for the president to get a spine, they say, and fire his Veterans Affairs secretary,” the host said on “Inside Politics,” The Weekly Standard reported.
“And what more and more Democrats are saying privately is scathing, calling the president and his team detached, flat footed, even incompetent,” Mr. King continued.
“What strikes me, what Democrats are saying privately in the wakes of the Healthcare.gov problems, they see a president who doesn’t want to take command, doesn’t want to act fast — raising the competence question. Some Democrats who believe in government [are saying] this White House doesn’t appear to have its hand on the lever,” he said.
Politico’s Maggie Haberman agreed, calling the president’s press conference last week “tepid.”
“All of this adds up to somebody who just doesn’t seem at all involved,” she said.

I could have told them this in early 2008.
Of course, most Presidents are mailing it in by this point in their second term.

It's the "Limbaugh theorem"; Rush's assessment that Obama is never responsible for scenarios or causes. Rather he is always above the fray, but being stifled and impeded in his curative altruism.
They can call it "detached"...but I think arrogant would be more accurate. At least until you're on top a building in Benghazi and depending on the top of the COC to make a call.
It'll be the same with Healthcare when they weak start dying off; Republican's fault...they blocked it.
Live and learn.
Humble thanks to the Vets.

So phonies want to get reelected and are running from the empty suit.

Obama was elected because of the historical and cultural change it would signify. Having a black president is certainly a sign of progress, but no one questioned his governing capabilities, and they were not really scrutinized during the campaigns. Obama surely knows how to play up what he represents on the outside, but he really is incompetent, aloof, and lacking of leadership abilities.
Don't blame him, though. Blame the people who elected him. People who think the presidency should be held by someone who represents "cultural change" and "the breaking of barriers", rather than someone who has leadership abilities.
Sadly, the same crap will be played in 2016. Emotional voters will turn out for Hillary because they want a woman as president. Her ability to lead (which is mediocre at best) will take a back seat to the significance of a woman presidency.

Obama and this administration has identified those in departments that have the same mindset as him or and appointed others. They are working for him behind the scenes, things that are exposed, like IRS, and VA only serve as a road bock to be ignored or detoured around...

Yeah they are just realizing this now?

Sort of hard to stay involved when running the United States of America is such a boring endeavor for one so brilliant.
His brilliance is his undoing. The man needs a challenge. Anyone have a name the states game they can send to barry?

His problem has never been any of the canards thrown around by most distractors (socialism, arrogance, Islam, lack of morality, etc.)
His problem is that he was woefully underqualified to lead the United States in every capacity. He was nominated as a rock star instead of a qualified leader. His decisions in office have largely reflected that.

What does that say about them, given their support of him though the past years?

Well, how many times, while he was Senator, did he miss the vote or just vote present. What has changed? It worked as a Senator, not so well as the Commander in Chief.

Conservatives have been saying this for over a decade. Glad they are catching up.

This is what happens when you let the media choose your president and you elect a rock star - celebrity in the most powerful position on Earth.
Barack Obama is a media creation. There's no shot in hell he would have been elected on his own merit.

The dumb frick doesn't believe in the basic tenets that this country was founded upon so what makes anyone believe he'd care about the men and women who took an oath and put their lives on the line to protect our founding ideals?
Guess Dems are finally coming to realize what most folks with a brain have known for years: which is that "hope and change" was simply a smooth slogan masking an incompetent yet saavy politician whose primary goal is to transform the U.S. into a European-style socialist country.

We’ve learned the hard way that Mr. Obama’s skill sets are far more oriented toward community organizing than they are to governing. On every front, he is overmatched by events. It’s painful to watch a man who is so obviously in over his head. And more and more Americans are suffering because of it.
