If it's a needle muscle biopsy, I don't think it would be anything more than sore. They just stick a needle in the muscle and get cells that way. The other way is through an incision which I assume is more painful

Incision. Not sure how they remove the muscle. Nobody has answered my questions yet. I think and alligator needle.
