looks like we got some activity here right now, so why not?
anyone ever read this book? this shite is awesome. some of you weird fricks (sheep, glass, etc...) are probably gonna tell me you watched them play in serie B or some shite. anyone actually follow soccer that seriously in the mid 90s to live this thing out?
anyways, awesome book on a cool story. im 100 pages in right now. you guys should read it (unless you are team jurgen in which case, )

I read that book about 7 or 8 years ago. Liked it quite a bit.
Two fun facts for you. Spinesi, the guy who goes on loan from Inter Milan and seems to hate it there, ended up scoring a ton of goals in Serie A and ended up becoming a Serie B leading scorer later in life.
Also, I don't think he's mentioned in the book, but Carlo Cudicini was one of the back-up goalies for them

looks like cudicini may have joined them the next year and still never really got minutes. still crazy that he was ever there.
such a wild story from such a tiny place. i kinda wish we got a better in-person account of the years leading up to promotion to serie B, but naturally they weren't on the radar until they got to a level with actual recognition.
