I don't see the issue with two consenting adults having a financial transaction for sex.

Question, what state politician would have the best chance to put that in his platform and win? Women are offended more by prostitution than by men and you must consider the religious voters. Still, there is a silent block of voters in both demographics I spoke of that believe in personal liberty.

Nevada, I always thought it was legal?

I could see California making it legal.
