Bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, Olive oil and garlic. Steamed until the leaves come out easily and delicious.


This was one I picked up at the seafood market (Michael's Seafood on Jefferson Hwy in Metairie).
We do make them occaisionally when artichokes are reasonable and freze them but they don't last very long.
