It's a great article and the critical comments in this thread are laughable. The number of psychoses displayed are hard to keep up with.

It can really be boiled down to: "A person is judged by his actions, not his words or his beliefs." And then there's a little psychology thrown in to take care of any readers who resist the writer's argument, turning their doubts into proof of what the writer is saying.
It's a good article for the intended target audience, which I think is young men without established careers. For others, the article is not useful or will come off as too condescending, IMO.

The author of that article is a self absorbed prick standing firmly behind a shield of false bravado and it is no better than the other swill he regularly puts out. He congratulates himself for telling you the "6 truths" (when in reality he just rewraps two bits of common sense knowledge) and then anyone who disagrees in any fashion is automatically "butthurt".
And before you say it I am about to leave for my job in which I am well rewarded for "producing" large reports.
