To be fair to the idiot, as long as I can remember the VA has been known for inefficiency and often inadequacy.
And I'm sure the current administration of morons also knew very well the poor reputation of the VA hospital system and they have continued to let it flounder. To feign ignorance is just another lie.

every time Carney takes the mike he either says they didn't know or that didn't happen.
Someone should ask him, " Mr.Carney if the administration didn't know are they incompetent,stupid,lying to us or all of the above?"
