re: Todays' Affluenza report: 100mph police chase, 7th offense DUI=no jail time

There are some crazy judges in this country. In Wyoming, a judge sentenced a man to 30 days in jail for raping a 14 year old even though there is a 7 year minimum sentence. The ruling was tossed out recently and a new judge will do the re-sentencing.

And then there was the judge in Texas who I think was the reason for this thread in the first place, with the affluenza ruling, where the kid who killed 4 people got zero jail time
