Good for him. The hate that kid got at LSU is embarrassing. He won lots of games, and what? Couldn't beat Bama twice? Who else beat them that year? NO ONE. We know he prob wont make the team but it says something they even let him try out.

I just don't see how anyone can't have praise for his QB skills. Never accepts blame for mistakes, cannot lose with dignity, made egregious on field mistakes and still would say he played well. 150 yards passing and people would claim he won the game...forget the fact there's a defense on the other side of the ball that was championship caliber putting that offense in position and creating turnovers. This is nothing more than Payton doing a favor for Les.

I like JJ - always thought the play calling was horrendous for him. God, that stupid toss dive and the short side option.

I'm not saying I want the guy as my QB, but the hate he got was ridiculous. He wasn't good, but it's not like he was trying to be bad.

Hate is thrown around a lot.
I think the vast majority "hated" his game.
Few if any know the damn dude. I think he tried his best. Best sucked(for a high profile NCAA team) like many other QB's.
And those freekin out about him on the field I don't get either. If he made the team it would be because he was a good NFL QB according to CSP.
