I have used Perfect Poultry Seasoning in the past but I've run out of it and cannot locate it - I believe it's no longer in production. What do the masters of the FDB use as their go to rub recipe for leg quarters? TIA

slap ya mamma. and, if you're grilling them, skin up and don't turn them at all.

Were you looking for the one w/ the grinder top? If so still available online.
I like to make my own rubs and use good spices (i.e.: not grocery store types but something like Penzeys).
Here's a great poultry rub for you:
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground bay leaves
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sage (to taste)
1/2 tsp cayenne
