That was a bit tongue-in-cheek, but seriously, there are literally hundreds of better things to do in New Orleans than go to Bourbon. Seems like you didn't have much time to fart around and really see the city, but I recommend broadening your horizons next time you're there.

I truly didn't and I had no idea where I was going. Only reason I went to Manning's was because I was hungry and didn't know any other places around. Plus I thought it be a cool sports bar

No Bourbon and the Casino are the best things to do. Uptown and Frenchmen are nasty horrid places. Tourists should stay away and stick to the quarter. But not Royal, that's a bad street for tourists too.
