5 wildfires now burning in San Diego area. Houses burned in Carlsbad area (seems to be the hardest hit). Pendleton has 2 fires going.

Scary shite...

My sister is an administrator at Torrey Pines high school. They had a couple of elementary schools and other folks sheltering there yesterday.

I met some people who live in Carlsbad 2 weeks ago at Jazz Fest. Hope they made out alright...

How far are the fires from the airport? My buddy lives like 4 or 5 miles from it, I can't remember the exact name of his area though.

I've been worrying about this. Northern CA got very little rain this year too. It's gonna be a nasty summer.

Indeed so. We had horrible wildfires hit here the last two years in a row. Hoping this summer is much less exciting.

SoCal wildfires:they're not just for Santa Ana season anymore. But climate change is a hoax.

This doesn't look as bad as 07, but this is way too early. And of course, range officers most likely kept firing. They bust open the crate, they are getting rid of it.
