re: Is the 90's the best decade for music?

I'd second that, Grunge was a variation on a theme and electronica was totally new. Even it had some roots in the 80s with music like Skinny Puppy and others, but hit the mainstream bigtime in the 90's. Both have a ripple effect on current music.
