But whats puzzling/troubling is he has not been able to find a 2nd QB to groom yet.
I would also imagine that as he and Brees have grown together this offence is as complex as one can get. I would think any new off. for a new QB is going to be parred down dramatically for the short term.

I don't find it too trouble-some that we haven't found a 2nd QB yet. What's the need? Look at Mallett, he was groomed and now he's looking at the trading block. They just picked up Garoppolo as well.
Denver has Brock Osweiler, but we still haven't seen him get much action.
Indy not planning for life after Manning left them with a carousel of QBs and lucked out on..luck.
