Damn near all the way with the windows on. I think due to my alignment on the bed it has an index finger size hole on the passenger side front, but I haven't noticed any water in there. I think if you seam sealed the inside it would be absolutely waterproof. As is, you can see light through some of stitching holes. No water or dripping yet though.
