And even if Flanders can prove to do some of that, he's not going to over take Cadet after 3 offseason's in the system. Practice squad at best.
Some guys(like Cooks) you can project better so you can expect him to have a big role. I don't think anyone has really seen Flanders and know what he is capable of.
He could be the next Robinson or he could be that other guy I don't remember any more. I have zero clue either way.
