I posted this in another thread:

For what it's worth I have our "needs" ranked as follows:

Center/Guard, sliding the "loser" at C over after we cut Grubbs possibly next year.

Coverage LB, which we have none of(not good anyway) and also allows us to cut Hawthorne next year if he's starter(full time or rotational) quality.

Corner, to start learning under Bailey for 2 years.

Pass Rusher(OLB or DE), because Galette and Jordan will be FAs in 2 years and that's an expensive position to resign. Galette can also become a "RFA" after this year if he hits 12 sacks.

Running back, because Ingram will be a FA and Thomas has passed the dreaded 30 mark, leaving us with only Robinson as our HB of the future. Payton always like to have at least 2 guys.

Nose tackle, to rotate with Jenkins after Bunkley's likely exit next year.

Another LB or WR, because a lot of guys at both positions are on 1 year deals, especially our LBs.

Run blocking tight end, because Jimmy can't and Watson is aging and only has a couple of years left.

S, OT, and P are set for at least another 3 years. No kickers worth looking at this year. Only take a QB if they think he can be great.

Center is highest and cover LB is close but not an actual need in the sense that we have starters(and none of the other spots are needs outside center). Next tier is CB and pass rusher. Then HB, DT, WR, LB, and run blocking TE are more long term needs.
