On the way to Dulac to fish from the bank with kids. What's the best bait to use for Reds this time of the year. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dead shrimp on a jig head, no cork. You'll catch a lot of catfish, but you'll pull some reds and drum as well.

i think the houma nav bridge is still out.

go down to isle de jean charles and pick fights with everyone there. if you win, they let you fish.
