Understood, but the post tension guy charges for that engineering.

My point is that at some point, you'll have to pay for the engineering stamp.

Really no point in arguing since we don't the size of what he wants to do.

I work with 3 guys who do house plans on the side. They all charge .55 a square foot and $250 to get an engineers stamp.

If you have a floor plan in mind they can do it for you. They also have binders with tons of floor plans of every house theyve ever drawn.
