Why is Entergy's bill pay site so terrible?

I feel like I've been trying to pay a bill on there for a week now. Is it really so hard to create a site that is operable most of the time?

I never had an issue setting up a payment on their site. I also haven't used it in over a year, so maybe it's worse now?

Takes about 1 minute for me to do bill pay on there.

It's not nearly as bad as trying to pay water bills thru that PDF bullshite.

Entergy's site always runs slow. I just logged in to my account, and it took about 30 seconds to get in.

Just paid mine, thanks for the reminder... I timed it, it took me 1 minute and 17 seconds...

Their site is terrible. I just pay my Entergy bill via online bill pay through my bank. It's much easier!

I don't understand why anyone would use individual sites to pay bills. Unless you are just poor. Keep a little money in just about any bank and centralized bill pay is free.

I pay my bill on their site within 1-2 minutes every month
The sign in box is on the right side of the home page, you sign in, press pay bill, it remembers my info, i press pay now. Done.

Never had an issue with Entergy, but Lake Charles Water Division fricking sucks.
