Hmm...the terms of the agreement and just about every other legal analyst says differently.

Everywhere I'm reading says Sterling won't even be able to get this to court, due to the language in the owner's agreement.

Sterling has an anti-trust case if they force him to sell.

Collusion to earn him from making a wage from his primary asset.
