I'd be sad. Sure, Les makes mistakes, but who doesn't? He's built a quality coaching staff, and has solid recruiting and consistent 10-win seasons. Things we may take for granted now, but who knows if the next coach can do the same?

Problem is it's impossible to find anybody qualified to fill the position.
