This is horrible and he needs to apologize. However, there's nothing in Shaq's past public behavior that indicates this was anything other than a terrible joke. You can't compare this to man who has Sterling's history.

Yeah. It was intentional. He has apologized. The kid has been interviewed too.
There were others involved too. A current player in the NBA.
